Hi need some help

I have some people aligned to different projects (one person can be aligned to a project at a single point of time)

Now I need a weekly view report to see which person is aligned to which project

Thanks a ton for the help, I will be a pain again but if I have to see between different years (i.e. say 2013 & 2014 projects) the formula is not picking the same

If I have to pull Annual Leave over the Project the Person is aligned i.e.

If someone is in project for 4 weeks duration and in between he/she has taken an week Leave how to pull the Anuual Leave over the Project Name in that Week

Further if i want to search for Any type of leave (viz Special Leave, Mat leave, Pat Leave, Annual Leave, long Term Leave)

Right now the formula picks Annual leave

So how to fit in *Leave in the formula please (is it possible)
