Match every alphabet & integer & special char between Excel and PDF

Dear All - i have pdf file which i have converted into excel so that i can work with formulas. However, at times during conversion from PDF to Excel it seems some characters are either missed or replaced.
Is there a way to match the PDF with Excel?
Please note that if i copy data from PDF to Notepad, no characters are missed or replaced. However, the issue is i cannot put notepad data into the excel with the alignment which is same as PDF.

i am attaching the excel, pdf and notepad. Excel is created using www.pdftoexcel.com and thereby doing some manual alignment.

question1: is there a way i can match every character of pdf with the excel?
question2: is there a way i can convert notepad to excel with same alignment shown in PDF.

regards..

Hi !

Here in Excel worksheet formulas forum we can do nothing !

As your text file attachment does not respect original Pdf alignment
it's a mess … Which characters are either missed or replaced ?!

From pdf file if you can select and copy a column at a time
then you could paste it in a worksheet …
If not, try a manual direct copy from pdf file and a worksheet paste.

Otherwise you may do something using Acrobat Pro version.

Search on Web other tools or VBA programmatic ways …
