List heading

i create a list, in list heading name "Item" and item is Cheery, Mango, Coco, Choco Chips
now i want every time when i click on button the in the list heading is "Item" is select how this ?

Your question is not clear.

Why you need a button to select the item when you can do this with the Drop Down you already have?

actully i create button for Add Data when i click on button then data will be copy in sheet 2 and then item heading will selected as "item"
