Hi ,

There are several elements to the chart , some of which at least will require VBA ; to start with , I can list down the following :

1. Highlighting one series within several series.

2. Selecting one from 20 cities.

3. Selecting the reference year from Jan 2000 till July 2013.

4. Moving the vertical anchor line along the horizontal axis to match the selection in 3.

5. Recalculating the change in prices with reference to the starting year.

Thank you the instructions, I try to build up a similar chart but please, could you give me more advice to step #3 and #4?
