how to get Image based lookup results

I have a database which contains various countries and each country has different products, coming to my query in Home page while choosing the country name with text box and clicking display products button the available products should be displayed in "Image format". I know how to do get this done with normal text based look up, however in this scenario the results should be Image based. I created all product images for your reference.

You cannot search for images using Column B (Image) as a Search Field
You can search for the images names using Column A (Product Type) as a Search Field

Two reasons this doesn't work:
1. Excels search/find functions don't include the facility to search for image contents
2. The images shown are actually not part of the underlying cells, they actually sit in front of the cell

I found few articles about Image based results, however still need some more clarity how this exactly works with multiple results with the help of VBA as I am new to advanced excel and you guys are experts in Excel.
