Help required to learn Goal Seek

Here is my first doubt, Sample Data attached. In the attached data, Total value is given. However, the service tax and basic value is to be calculated. Service Tax is fixed @ 12.36%. In the first row, I have done goal seek with reference+formula setting and done the reverse calculation. Total are so many rows. So how to apply Goal seek in multiple rows to find the break up of total Value.

Goal Seek can be done on one cell at a time.

Now to make it work, follow these steps: (I am expecting that I had understood your problem correctly, if not than correct me)
1. You want to find the values of column D.
2. Set the formula in cell F5: = E5+D5
3. Set the formula in cell E5: = D5*12.36%
4. Run Goal Seek, in Set Cell put F5, in to value put 5162, in By changing cell put D5.
5. Click Ok , you will get the result. Verify the result.
