Hi ,

I don't think you can use the pivot table name in the formula ; however , what you want done is generally done using the GETPIVOTDATA function , as in :

=GETPIVOTDATA("Count of CUST_NAME",G3,"Branch",J3)

where G3 is any cell address within the pivot table ; you could have used G4 , G5 ,...

The above formula will return 2.
