from a tree data organisation to data table, please any idea?

dose any one know how could i generate a simple column, row table from a tree data organisation.
it will be much more explicit to just look at my attached fill.

Well, i would like to do this:
i have an house name X, 5 rooms. put house name x in cell, and 5 in an other.
when press save, it create a table:house x /room1, House x /room2, house x /room3, House x/ room4, House x/ room.
ID room 1,2,3,4,5
then i enter a new house:
name Y, 2 rooms. put house name x in same cell as before , and 2 in same cell as before.
when press save, it update the existing a table with:house Y /room1, House Y /room2.
ID room 6,7.

and so on .

not sure if this make sens.

'Easier' to do than original case.
You can modify my code and You do it Yourself.
