Formula that counts and sums

Hi,
I believe I need a formula that counts the cells that are not blank from two sheets. I need that number to update automatically as I add new records. Any and all help is helpful!
 
You can also use COUNTA to count non-blank cells. Do you still have a question, or did you answer it?
