Formula for calculating UK Mileage

Hi all,

Was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for a problem that I am having.

I've attached an example spreadsheet. Basically, I want to work the cost of the mileage within the column next to it, but there are two potential values: <= 10k get 0.45 and above 10k gets 0.25 - but it has to taken into account the total miles done so far.

In the sheet I have put a note or two so you can see what I am trying to achieve.

I have tried a couple formulas unsuccessfully. I know what I want to do in my mind but getting that into a formula is proving a little bit harder!

its all good now, I've broken the formula out and worked out how it does it.
