Fixed length text export from Excel with different layouts

Dear all,

Please help me in the export of text file from Excel with fixed length with 3 layouts (Header, Record, Footer)

Please find the attached for your reference.

Header and footer details are also fixed length..can someone please modify my code??

I got it now..sry I didn't checked forum rules...thanks Mark....because of some urgent task I did cross posted... Need to work on the response gmot in other site..I will update the code once my issue solved
