extraction of values from formula

i have upload the file i want numbers within the formula

@Tobby - Would there always be only 2 numbers to extract..or may be more than 2...
Would be helpful if you share an example...in case, you wanna try on your own...try using SMALL or LARGE...instead of MAX

If you want all the row numbers in a single cell separated with a comma (,) than it cannot be possible through formula, we will need to use VBA for that.

ok fine sir if in different cell.. i tried to use Row() but extraction was ended between #VALUE and the number... as a result #VALUE

See the file. Green Cells have formulas, note the formula is an array formula, so must be entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.
