Excel Form Help

Hi All..It's my first query in this forum...

I have a repeated database with details of 5000 property... I create file with all the fatures like vlookup, count, find, etc etc.. now I need to create a form in which I can enter the property no, date, amount and few other details to specific columns... and other forumula's will based on that fields... I couldn't find anywhere how I can create a form with specific column entry.. is any one can help
