hi there

I am making an excel sheet filled with buttons that represent a shape
whenever u click on a button it takes u to an other sheet to show you info about the shape u clicked on
what I want is based on the info I have in the other sheet I want the button to change color

example if the info is 0 I want the button to be grey
if the info is =1 or higher I want the button to be red

plus for the info I have them in 5 cells so if the whole i5 cells were 0 then it should be grey if the cells got numbers and one of the cell is 0 I want it to be red
I really hope I can get an answer I tried all solutions I found online but nothing

ooops ... and You wrote about four houses.

> Next versions:
1) [houses] : select any or all of those 'windows', 'doors', or/and 'walls'
and You'll see number of house which has something broken.
2) [data] : press [REDS] to see broken houses
press [ALL] to all houses
>> of course maybe need more those 996 data rows to add too.
