Error Message with download Excel

I have an excel spread sheet which is giving me and error message each time I open it. The error message below:

Excel found unreadable content in 'name.xlsm'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click yes.

The error message after saying yes:

Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content.

Then another error message come up and show and xml file that is located in my C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp

I have attach the file for review.

Is there anyway that dll can be hind within excel

Also, it will shut down when I click on a form in the file.

Hi,

I don't think the error is related to any dll file. Try saving the file on desktop. Than clear your temp files. and reopen the file to see if the error repeats.
