entering data based on many tables

suppose I have many tables in one worksheet and in another worksheet I want to first check if position or number exists in first worksheet if yes then we can enter it in the other worksheet. attached file might be more explanatory.

HI,
what I want is to check the following
1- aircraft type in this example A330
2- go to the aircraft cpts worksheet check if the position is available let us say 11L if yes then we can enter any number (700) and go to the next line but if 11L is not available in the A330 table then we can't enter weight n the adjacent cell.

good day
can we apply data validation on first column that is aircraft position. if aircraft position is not available then a message should pop up " postion is not avaialbe ".
