Dynamic Vlookup

i want to make my vlookup as dynamic so that when the new value get updated i need not to change the table array every time , the value get reflected on its own in the formula. plz suggest. i am using this formula as
=vlookup(lookupvalue,countA(A1:F10),Column index number, true)

this is giving me the #NA Error

@Umesh Chahar .... why are you using CountA here....

Please see the attached...I first selected the data...and then clicked on Insert Tab...then in "Tables" group clicked on table...Ensure that "My Table has header" is checked..

Once done then there is a vlookup used in column H to pull up the Employee ID basis name..

Let me know if otherwise..
