Customizing Labels on a 4 Dimensional Bubble Chart

Hi,

I am looking for help related to labels on a 4 dimensional bubble chart that I am creating.
1) The labels on each bubble is represented by 'Team Name' and 'Headcount'
2) I need to separate these two labels, where the 'Team Name' is displayed right below each bubble, and 'Headcount' is displayed in the center of each bubble.

I am also sharing the excel file that I have created for this.

Any guidance/help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!!

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

Unfortunately you can only add one label per series
So add a concatenated Field to your data to collect the data you want
then add that range as a label to the 3 chart series

Of course in Excel there is always a second way to skin a cat.

To achieve the solution you requested I would add a second set of 3 series as shown below

Note that each Bubble will have a size of 1

Then add a label to each of the new series

The small Bubble in front of the Orange Bubbles have a label added but the label is offset to show the small Bubble

In the above I have changed the labels for the Green and Yellow series to be centered and changed the Bubble color to match the color of the large bubble

I think one series with all data (as maintained in first tab) is enough. We just make this transparent and add labels for bubble size in the middle.

Your solution worked beautifully.
Thank you so much for taking out time for this!!! :):):)
