Conditional Format Range on click of check box

Respected Sirs,

I am not able to get the conditional format for range C2: E2 with the desired color.

We need the range C2 to E2 formatted on clicking the check box.

Kindly fins attached the sheet for your reference.

Kindly let me know where I am going wrong on this.

Hi,

Please, forgive the intrusion...

You were missing the $ in the formula... locking column was necessary for that to work as intended. Otherwise, it would be looking for the condition in the cells to the right of "F".

With your example try copying "F2" and pasting in "G2:J2" and you will see it add the background color to the specified range.
