change column range format based on cell value

Dears,

please i need some help form you, my workbook have a table, its contained data changes based on userform,
in recap, this userform a auto-filtered listbox which retrieve its data from two different worksheets, i'm combined this exported data from the different worksheets to one table, but i can't export the data with its format both of the listbox and the combined table,
>> you can call the userform from "Interface" sheet,
>> alternate the data between "Daily" & "Monthly" button
>> the combined table located in "Data" sheet

as shown as per what button selected i have assigned the desired format for each column, hope if i can solve this formatting issue at the listbox userform
