Dear Chandoo Community,

Thank you always for your help...today I have 1 question...

What are available functions for Pivot Table Calculated Field...?
For example, Average, Median, SUM...etc (including mathematical and non mathematical)

I would be extremely grateful if somebody could guide me to the resource...

Actually, you can use more than just SUM or IF.

Basic rule is that. You cannot use worksheet function that require cell references or defined names as arguments. Nor can you use array functions.

So, you can use IF, IFERROR, SUM, PRODUCT, etc. But not SUMIFS, COUNTIFS etc.
Also, you can only use calculated fields in pivottables with non-OLAP datasources.

There are quite a number of limitations in calculated fields.

And since I prefer to build my pivot tables from OLAP... I hardly ever use calculated fields these days.
