1 time print out in excell sr. no wise

dear chandoo,

i have one employee payment list in excell excell which i vlookup in seperate sheet in payment format in that payment format once i enter sr.no automatically all details will come in payment voucher.

now i want to take print out of all payment voucher by putting sr no.from to to in one time

i know about mail merge which we can do in word in excell please advise how to get something like that.
