Code to force Autofill to "Fill without Formatting"?

I would like to keep autofill enabled with the following modifications:
1. Make "Fill Without Formatting" the default when dragging the autofill handle.
2. Disable the autofill options button or at lease grey out all options except "Fill Without Formatting."
Suggestions?
 
I solved question #2 by unchecking the "show paste button" in options.

I still need help with how to code the default behavior of the autofill drag handle to automatically "Fill Without Formatting". Thanks
 
Between all of my searching on this topic and that fact that I received no replies to this thread, I guess I can safely assume my goal is impossible!
