I have set up four lists within a spreadsheet, but need to see where they all are within the spreadsheet.

I have created the lists by right clicking on a range of cells, and selecting Define Name. I have given the range of cells a name, which I have then been using as a Data Validation tool.

I am trying to set a new list up for a cell, but Excel is telling me that I have already created a list by the same name, but I don't know where it is.

Any ideas how I can find where this list is ?

Hi Khalid, It hasn't got to the Data Validation stage yet. I am looking for any cells that have been grouped together using right click, Define Names.

No that's not a list of all formulas but Named Formulas and Named Ranges.
I have no idea about the unrecognised OFFSET formulas :)
