Splitting House Numbers and Join in Correct Pattern

Is there any formula or UDF to Split House Numbers which is shown in the attached file and join in a Regular Pattern. Any Help Will be Very Useful. The Whole Pattern is Described in the Attached file. The Raw Data is in Column A and I Want the Output which is shown in Column H.

Thanks very much for your kind help Narayana Sir. One Small Request, it is not working for the Pattern (Ex:- 1.1.83) since the out put is giving 1.1.83 only. Any Suggestions!!!!
