Hi ,

Just as you say you do not know Excel , members of this forum know Excel but may not know what you wish to chart.

Your file contains just data ; you need to tell others what kind of charts you want to prepare , what data they should present ; if you can suggest any preferred format , that will be nice.

Hi Narayank991 - I like to create graph and I don't what kind of graph type will suite for this data and I don't know how to select data either. I am still learning, I can do other things on excel but create graph/chart.

Can anyone help me how to do it step by step?

thank you very much.

Hi ,

I think rather than get a ready-made chart from others , you should spend some time reading up on the several good blogs that are available on the Internet , dealing with visualization in general , charts and dashboards in particular.

Just put the words

chart chooser

in Google , and see the results you get :

I highly recommend the following blog :

I am not looking for ready made, just a step by step. I like to learn to do it. Thank you for your suggestions. I'm going to take excel classes in a few days. Hopefully it will help me to understand more.

Thanks
