Hi, need help with Conditional Formatting...

There's a specific thing that I am looking to get some proper inventory for my organization. For example, I have the headers in column 1 Product name, Owner, Received, etc etc.
In the Received column, if any cell contains the word "No" i'd like it to have it on another cell where it will give me the number of NOs. So for the Received Row, if i select a cell to say No and everything in that row is grayed out based on selecting NO, it should automatically calculate on how many number of NOs I have.

I am sorry in advance if this can be unclear and if I need to be more clear, please let me know. All help is greatly appreciated. I've attached a file as an example.

Thanks all

CF formula applied to table is:
=$E2="No"

Formula to count # of No/Yes values:
=COUNTIF(Table1[Received?],"No")
