Hi All,
Thank you for your help on my previous questions. I was wondering if you could help me how to do the pic on this file. I want to apply the same to another project I am doing. If you could let me know how you did that =pic formula I would appreciate it. Thank you, Joe from Michigan.

It is acomplished through Named Range and Index formula.

If you go to (Excel 2007 and above) Formulas >> Name Manager you will be able to see the named range and its working.
