Chart of duration by reason containing count

Hi all,
Ill explain: I have a set of tools and they are not working for some reason:
upload_2014-10-21_16-38-31.png

I want to create one chart that tells me for what reason("Drill Down", and "root cause") those events happens, which entity, for how long, and how many times those events happen.
something like this:
upload_2014-10-21_16-42-59.png

those numbers are how many times the event occurs (did it in paint).

So, the QUESTION is:
1. how do i do the thing i did in paint?
2. do you have any suggestion/idea to make this chart better to read?

Thank you very much!

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

Can you please post a sample file of data as it makes solving issues a lot easier.

bobhc, thank you, but it is not at all the case.
i want to have the same chart i showed - with the number of times (count) it happen (probably best way to show it is inside the bar).
as example i painted in paint :)

Right Click on each series in the Chart and select Add Data Label
It should default to the Count

Select any of the Labels that show 0
Right Click, Format Data Labels
Goto the Number Format
Untick Linked to source
Add a Number Format of #;-#;;

Thank you for your quick reply.
I managed to do that only with clicking each entity, isn't there something that do it to all in one click?
but i meant to combine those 2 charts:

upload_2014-10-23_12-53-34.png
this is for SUM of duration.

upload_2014-10-23_12-58-57.png
this is for COUNT of duration.

i thought to use the first chart (SUM) but the numbers inside will be of the second (COUNT).
do you know how to do it?
or do you have any idea to do it somehow different?

Thanks again!
Edan

Because you haven't given us the whole file and the data is locked due to the break away from the Pivot Tables/charts source, it is hard to assist much further.

But the techniques I described above should still be valid
