Same formatting is not displaying in Data table as shown in pivot table

Hi Everyone

Why data is reflecting in Data Table with decimals
when the same data is formatted without decimal in Pivot. Please refer the below pivot table and pivot chart for understanding the same.

Also find the attached for further clarification.


Sample of Pivot as follows:-
Column Labels
Values May Jun Jul Grand Total
Average of Ram 358 390 411 384
Average of Shyam 124 16 9 58
Average of % 5.84% 5.54% 5.70% 5.72%

Thanks for giving your precious time .

This is not ok because you have made changes in the pivot table. I need the graph as i have displayed in my first thread.

Please provide other solution.

Mr. Jon has advised to keep the graph in excel sheet or take a screen shot of the graph. Both of these solutions did not help me as my graph is given in PPT and linked with the excel sheet so request you to find other solutions

See the file. I had converted your source table to Excel Table so that it can handle the data added on to it in future.

Second I developed the table through formulas instead of Pivot (Which can also be made to dynamic as per need) and than plotted the graph from this data.
