i am using this workbook from a long time, and every now and then i added few more formula in that workbook now i want to use name range in all formula is there any shortcut for this > (i found that simple way is to pickup each formula and rewrite them i.e.
A5 * B5 (where A5=qty and B5=rate) i have to edit this formula and write qty*rate is there any other smarter way ?

Hi Jay ,

If you have the named ranges already defined , select the range where you want the formulae converted , click on the Define Name dropdown , and select Apply Names , select both the named ranges viz. qty and rate , ensure the checkbox Ignore Relative / Absolute is checked , and click OK.
