custom excel infographic

Hi,

I am embarking on my first excel dashboard project. I have produced a report for executives in word as that is what they are used to but I have received the go ahead to bring our organization to modern methods!

I have a type of graph that was created outside of excel that I would like to make in excel as they are favored in my organization. I have attached the infographic. If anyone knows or can provide a link to some resource that explains how to do this I would be greatly appreciative.
