The idea I have is to have some basic information in google worksheet and import it into Excel, then use Excel to make some reports, everything works fine but the special characters for spanish á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ.
From the google worksheet, I select the menu FILE>PUBLISH TO THE WEB... and I get a web address, this is an example:

it looks like this:

in Excel, I use the web query and I get this:
1 Test TEST
2 Báez BÃEZ

After searching the web I didn´t find much information, some questions but no answers, only one people having the problem with Japaness
