Pin a chart in place

I have a spreadsheet that I will continue to add data to, and have four dynamic charts linked to the data of the rows above.

PROBLEM:
Is there a way to pin these charts in place so that when I scroll left to right through the data, the charts stay visible?

CONSTRAINTS:
-Should be able to freeze first two columns
-Charts do not have to be below data, but should be visible at all times
-Charts should be on the same spreadsheet as the data

TRIALS:
I have tried to freeze panes and split screens at the same time with no success, it seems that one cancels the other out.

With those constraints, it is not possible. You could put the charts within the first two frozen columns. You could also create a new window of the same workbook (View - New Window), and then arrange the workbook views horizontally. Takes up a little more space than a split, but lets you accomplish what you want. If you need to show to someone else, you can then save the workspace so that the layout is preserved.
