Nobody who comments here at Chandoo.org or the Chandoo.org Forums including Ninja's or Administrators gets paid

Chandoo owns Chandoo.org and he earns his living from the operation of the site and associated classes and products. He has a number of staff who run the administrative side of the site.

Chandoo does employ people to assist with the Excel Classes where he teaches people Excel, VBA etc

Even though my Title says "Staff" I am actually not on staff and receive no remuneration. I am an Excel Ninja the same as the other Excel Ninjas here.
