Conditional Formating in Excel 2013

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to office 2013. I'm trying to conditional formatting based on the achievement percentage of sales. Below is the criteria
>= 100% - Green
>=95% to 100% - Yellow
<95% - Red
But some how the formatting is not working. I'm attaching the sample sheet with the workings. Request experts to help where I'm going wrong.

Thanks & Regards,

Murali

You were pretty close. Since you're basing condition on the calculated percentage, and not a percentage of the group of numbers (like, a heat map), change dropdowns to "number". See image for correct setup
